Tia M. Muller

Tia Myrtle Muller, 26, of Chisholm, MN, left this world all too soon on Saturday, August 16th, 2025. She was born in Roseau, MN, on August 12th, 1999, to Delbert and Alice (Arbuckle) Hoppe. Tia grew up in Roseau and graduated from high school there. On Halloween of 2022, she met her future husband Johnathan Muller. They instantly connected and became best friends and were united in marriage on June 7th, 2025, at the Triumphant Life Church in Bovey, MN. Tia enjoyed crocheting, doing jigsaw puzzles and diamond art painting. She loved spending time outdoors with Johnathan and together they loved camping, fishing, tubing, snowmobiling and 4 wheeling. Tia gave herself fully into everything she did and helping others was her driving goal. She worked at Kiddy Karousel Daycare in Hibbing and the Hibbing Homeless Shelter. Tia was an Emergency Medical Responder with the Cherry Volunteer Fire Department and was looking forward to helping more people in the future. Kind, gentle and caring, Tia will be forever missed.

Tia is survived by her husband, Johnathan, parents Delbert and Alice, sister Courtney Gentry, In-laws Lance Muller, Debra and Eric Johnson, her sister and brother's-in-law, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.  A memorial service for Tia will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at the Hibbing Alliance Church. Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Pastor Todd Block will officiate and Cherry Fire Department Chaplain Jeff McNickle will share.  A procession led by multiple fire departments will take Tia to her interment at the Cherry Clinton Cemetery.  Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home in Hibbing.
