Rozalind "Roz" A. Evans

Our beloved Rozalind Ann Evans peacefully left us on Monday, November 25, 2024 at her home in Hibbing. A longtime resident of Hibbing, Rozalind married Dan Evans on February 14, 1970 and were together for 54 years. Rozalind had a 20 year career with Hibbing Electronics/Reptron. She was an avid bowler, loved visiting the casinos, had a great love for animals, and loved the outdoors where she tended to her flowers and vegetable gardens. She was a loving wife, and mother, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

 Rozalind is loved and missed by her loving husband Dan Evans, Hibbing, MN, son, James (Stephanie) Evans, Plano, TX, and brother, Robert “Bob” (Debra) Lignell, Hibbing, MN along with her nieces and nephews. 

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Dorothy (Brown) Lignell, and her sister, Ruth Lignell.

 Per her request, there will be no services at this time. Rozalind’s family would like to send a sincere thank you to our friends, neighbors, and to Fairview Range Hospice for the exceptional and tender care that Rozalind received in her final days. Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
