Roger A. Seline

Roger Arlan Seline age 68 of Hibbing passed away Wednesday, September 4,

2024, at Essentia-St. Mary’s in Duluth. He was born in Hibbing on June 17, 1956,

to Richard and Marian (Bechtold) Seline. Roger worked at Northern Foundry for

30 years before his retirement at age 60. The outdoors was Roger’s favorite place

to be, whether it was hunting, fishing or just hanging out in the yard with his two

bulldogs. He enjoyed cruising on his side by side, and his quick-witted sense of

humor always made people laugh. Roger had an artistic side, carving animals,

fabricating with metal and drawing cartoons or sketches. He is survived by his

children, Ryan O’Neil, Roger (Tina) Seline, Amanda (Cassidy) Perkovich, Joshua

Seline, Alyssa (Matthew) Dye, grandchildren, Stefanie, Carder, Madison, Maisie,

Briggs, Lincoln, Roger III. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Richard

and Marian, significant other, Nancee Atkins, siblings, Sherilyn Caroon and

Sheldon Seline. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1-3 pm

Friday, September 13, 2024, at Dougherty Funeral Home in Hibbing. A private

inurnment will be held at the Maple Hill Cemetery Columbarium in Hibbing at a

later date.
