Richard LeVasseur

Richard Dean LeVasseur,  77, of Hibbing, MN, passed away on December 13, 2023.

He was born 3/19/1946 Grand Rapids, MN.

Rich was preceded in death by his mother, father & brother Jack.

He is survived by his wife Brenda Sacco whom he married in 2015 .

Richard worked as a Mechanical piping engineer.

His career took him from Prud-hoe Bay Alaska to Zaire, Central Africa, to working at Cape Canaveral.

In retirement Richard volunteered for Wright County Sheriff’s Dept. in Minneapolis.

He also volunteered for Fishing with Veterans in Grand Rapids and repairing bikes & making toys for Toys for Tots.

Rich joined the RV group, The Laurentian campers.

He loved his faithful companion, AJ Buster Brown Axel Jr.

Rich’s wishes were not to have  a service.
