Lois J. Milkovich, 94, lifelong resident of Keewatin, MN died Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Carefree Living in Virginia, MN. She was born August 24, 1931, to Jacob and Ila (Vennas) Toman in Virginia, MN. A homemaker by trade, Lois loved playing Bridge and was a dedicated member of her local Bridge Club for many years. She was the “Best Cook in Keewatin!” She was known for her Potica Rolls and Sarma’s to name a few.

Lois is survived by her children, Mark (Claire) Milkovich, Crosby, MN, David Milkovich, Nashwauk, MN, James (Nancy) Milkovich, Eden Prairie, MN, and Nick (Barbara) Milkovich, Hibbing, MN, her brother, Roger Toman of Keewatin, MN, nine grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren with one on the way, along with her many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Ila, husband, Nicholas Milkovich, brothers, John Toman, Marshall Toman, and her sister Joanne Foster.

Per Lois’ request, there will be no services at this time. Interment will be in the Maple Hill Cemetery of Hibbing. Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
