Kim Egan

Kim age 64, Hibbing, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018. Born June 10, 1954 to Vincent and Donna (Woods) Monacelli, Kim was a lifelong resident of Hibbing. She attended Hibbing High School and Hibbing Community College where she earned an Associate’s degree. Kim worked as a bank teller a librarian aid for the Lincoln elementary school and a hostess at the Brickyard, her greatest job was raising her four children and later spending time with her grandchildren who she truly loved. Survived by lifelong friend, Mike Egan, sons, Patrick, Michael (Kim), and Christopher (Mindi) Egan, siblings, Vincent Monacelli and Linda (David) Mattes, grandchildren, Taylor, Brayden, Ava and Emma Egan, Bria Mattison, niece, Shannon (Derek) Monacelli, close friends and neighbors, Nancy (Patrick) McKenzie, close friend Peggy Chuk and the “coffee ladies” and her beloved dog, Lexi. Kim was preceded in death by her parents Vincent and Donna, daughter, Ashley Marie Egan and brother, Patrick Monacelli. Memorial service will be held 12 noon, Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior. Interment Maple Hill Cemetery.
