Kevin Patrick Noonan

Kevin P. Noonan, 58, lifelong resident of Keewatin, MN died Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in his home with family by his side.  He was born June 27, 1960 to Dennis and Lucinda Noonan in Hibbing.  Kevin was employed with Kee Tac as a maintenance mechanic retiring there due to illness.  He was a member of the Sons of Legion where you would see him every Wednesday cooking burgers at the club during burger night.  He was also a proud member of the IRMC motorcycle club in which he enjoyed riding his bike with the members.  Kevin especially enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.  He also enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and snowmobiling as some of his favorite pastimes.

Kevin  is survived by his wife, Belinda Noonan, children, Pat (Jessica) Noonan, and Traci Lofgren, mother, Lucinda Noonan, siblings, Todd Noonan, Denny Noonan, and Jeff Noonan, five grandchildren, Emma Noonan, David Lofgren, Gavin Noonan, Gabe Lofgren, and Destiny Lofgren, all of Keewatin, MN.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Noonan, uncle, Bill Durheim, and grandparents, Fred and Vera Erspamer.

Funeral services for Kevin will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.  Steve Tomberlin will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home on Tuesday.  Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery of Hibbing.  In Kevin’s honor there will be a reception held at the Keewatin Community Center immediately following the committal service at the cemetery.  Everyone is invited to attend.  Arrangements are with the Dougherty Funeral Home of Hibbing.
