Gary Colbenson

Gary L. Colbenson, 75, Pengilly, MN died Tuesday 10-30-18 at his home after a brief illness.  Born in Powers Lake, ND on January 30, 1943 to Lloyd and Evelyn (Bakke) Colbenson.
Gary married Judy (Slack) December 3, 1966 in Orlando, Florida. They moved to Texas in 1976 where he worked in Produce Marketing until his retirement. They found the ideal retirement home on Swan Lake. Gary loved being in the woods, going for pontoon rides and doing woodworking in his shop.
Gary is survived by wife Judy, daughter Tonya Garza, granddaughters Hailey Garza and Leslie Garza. Sister Jane Rismon of Powers Lake, ND and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday 11-7-18 in the Dougherty Funeral Home in Hibbing, MN, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.
