Frank Martin Rice
Frank Martin Rice was born on December 2, 1955 in Hibbing Minnesota. He died unexpectedly at his home on January 2, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father Marvin Rice SR, sister Susan Rice, and sister Katherine Rice. He is survived by his mother Shirley Rice of Hibbing, brother Marvin (Maria) Rice of Hibbing, brother Ernest Rice, sister Jammie (Jack) Yost of North Pole AK, daughter Heather (Cole) Jeffers of Hibbing, son Franklin of Hibbing and grandchildren Heaven Rice of Indio, CA and Eloise and Harlan Jeffers of Hibbing, MN.
He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Visitation will be at 1 PM, followed by a Memorial Service at 2 PM at Dougherty’s Funeral Home in Hibbing MN on Monday January 8th, 2018.
