Constance A. Hansen

Constance “Connie” Ann Hansen, age 84, of Hibbing, MN, passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. She was born on August 15, 1941, in Hibbing, MN, to John Sr. and Mary (Kayfes) Jerman.

Connie was a kind, creative, and well-rounded woman who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. A talented baker by trade, she had a true artistic spirit and loved expressing herself through painting, cooking, music, and singing. She especially enjoyed playing bass guitar and listening to opera, a passion she and her granddaughter Bella shared. Connie also loved tending to her flowers and gardens, spending time outdoors, and caring for her furry companions, especially Desie. Above all, Connie cherished her family and treasured all the memories they made and the time they spent together.

She is survived by her son, Shawn (Rachel) Crea; granddaughter, Bella (Matthew Campbell) Crea; sisters, Kay Jennings and Mary Jane Reichelt; numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and family who adored her.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Bob Jerman, and John “Butch” Jerman Jr.; brother-in-law, Bob Jennings.
