Clayton H. Ricke

Clayton H. Ricke, age 94, a longtime Hibbing, Meadowlands (1964-2002), and Kitzville resident, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Fairview Range Medical Center in Hibbing, MN. He was born on May 14, 1931, in Hibbing, MN, to Clifford and Hazel (Hayden) Ricke.

He married Jeanne Marchow on October 27, 1951, and together they raised their 4 children. Clayton loved the outdoors, especially spending time in the garden and working on the farm.

Clayton is survived by his children, Debbie Yorkel of Hibbing, Lori (Chris) LaFreniere of Chisholm, and Michelle (James) Findlater of Kitzville; brother, Roger Ricke; grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, Patrick, Priscilla, Shem, and Catherine; 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his Wife, Jeanne (Marchow) Ricke; son, Terry Ricke; brother, John Ricke; and sister, Aida Lee.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm. Saturday, December 6, 2025, in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Hibbing.
